ICPMN Leadership Academy: An Opportunity for Youth from Ethnic Communities
The Center for Civic Initiatives for National Minorities (ICPMN) invites young people aged 18 to 35 from Gagauzia, Taraclia, and Basarabeasca to apply for the ICPMN Leadership Academy, organized with the support of the European Union and the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany, under the "EU4Youth: Engaging and Empowering Youth" project. This is a unique opportunity for active youth to develop leadership and communication skills and explore current topics such as interethnic dialogue and civic participation.
The program will run for 5 months, during which participants will benefit from interactive sessions with experts, practical workshops, and simulations, as well as visits to key government institutions, such as the Parliament and ministries. Additionally, the most active participants will have the chance to develop their own projects, which will be funded by ICPMN. At the end of the program, all participants will receive certificates of participation.
Selection criteria include being aged between 18 and 35, residing in Gagauzia, Taraclia, or Basarabeasca, and having an interest in leadership and social and political processes. The application deadline is December 10, 2024.
