Europe closer to communities

September 2025 brought new opportunities for Moldova’s minority communities to strengthen dialogue and cooperation with European partners. The visit of local mayors to the Czech Republic showed how even the smallest villages can become modern and prosperous with EU support. The #EU4Minorities campaign continues to highlight real changes in Gagauz, Bulgarian, Ukrainian, Roma and other communities. At the same time, the MINOR+ program expanded to new regions, ensuring that minority voices are stronger in decision-making. Europe is no longer just a concept — it is being built here and now, in every community.
