European Support for Young Leaders from National Minorities

The European Union and the German Government support leadership and interethnic dialogue initiatives in Moldova

The Center for Civic Initiatives for National Minorities has received financial support of 15,000 euros through the project "EU4Youth: Engaging and Empowering Youth". The funds, provided by the European Union and the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany, will be used to develop programs dedicated to young people aged 18 to 35 from Gagauzia, Taraclia, and Basarabeasca.

The goal of the project is to help young people discover their potential, become active leaders in their communities, and contribute to promoting interethnic dialogue. The Center aims to create a generation of young people involved in social and political life who will support the integration and cooperation between ethnic minorities and national authorities.

With this support, our organization will develop leadership skills and facilitate youth participation in decision-making processes. Additionally, we aim to contribute to the development of the regions through the direct involvement of young people in community projects, thus promoting a more inclusive and united society.
